Our personal training team specializes in a few different training styles from 1 on 1 personal training or small group personal training with up to 4-6 people at a time. For many years our certified personal trainers have led Richmond in unique class formats like strength training, agility, plyometrics, functional fitness and boxing. Our personal trainers guide you and recommend specific classes based on your needs, or completely tailor your 1 on 1 personal training sessions specifically for your goals. Our warm community is dedicated to hitting and maintaining our fitness goals all while dealing with the crazyness that is life! Comprehensive Workouts, Recovery and Nutrition
1 on 1 Personal Training
Our personal training staff coordinates a workout specifically for your fitness level. A certified personal trainer guides your workout and provides nutrtitional information to help you stay on track and hit your fitness targets like so many others in our proven personal training system.
Small Group Personal Training
We were Richmond’s original in small group personal training starting back in 2009. Its a method to frequently attend personal training sessions, without breaking the bank. Up to 4-6 people per class guiding in a semi-private personal training session.
Social Group Fitness Events
Our social group fitness events at FlexRVA are a ton of fun! You’ll have the chance to meet others and make friends, which is great since everyone needs a gymbuddy! The coaches are certified professionals who ensure you are working out within your limits and making progress through the class. After class we typically find ourselves joking around and having a laugh so its a unique class to find friends and sweat!
Nutrition & Meal Planning
We understand that working out is only half the way to help you hit your fitness goals, so every member has a meal plan made for them. Our proven system includes not just sweating, but keeping a holistic and consistent approach to health and fitness!
